18-21 DAYS TO SUBMISSION

21-30 DAYS TO SUBMISSION

You need to UPDATE your plan andYour home is a mansion , bigger than 451m² and will most likely have these features:

4-6 Bedrooms
4-8 Bathrooms
3-6 Living Spaces
4-6 Garages
WITH  Staff Quarters

30-35 DAYS TO SUBMISSION

* BASIC FEE from

exclusive of VAT

* BASIC FEE

THIS FEE IS BASED ON THE SIZE OF YOUR HOUSE AND INCLUDES:

Complimentary assessment of your property

Accurate survey using state of the art technology.

Property information documents

  • Copy of Title deed

  • Surveyor General diagram

  • Zoning information

  • Aerial Photo

  • Service connection info

Consultation and collaboration with industry professionals

  • Structural Engineer

  • Land Surveyor

  • Fire Safety Consultants

  • Town Planners

Submission to council and monitoring of council approved process

And finally... approved plans.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

APART FROM THE *BASIC FEE

YOU CAN EXPECT ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Council Submission fees

  • Rate per m² or a minimum submission fee

  • Fixed fee per building line relaxation.

Fees charged by professional consultants where such services are deemed necessary.

Occupation Certificate facilitation

General Disbursements to the value of R1500,00

Additional Costs are subject to consultation

An Additional R25/m² will be charged for houses bigger than 600m²

Surcharge of min R 6 000 for Ex. Pta. Council Submissions.
